Service Description

Flow through power poses that challenge your strength and balance. Be prepared to have fun and learn why yoga isn't just stretching! Prepare for lots of chaturangas, balancing and strength asanas, inversions and lots of challenges. Listen to your body, and have fun! Bring your own yoga mat and sweat towels. Don't forget your water bottle. Vinyasa experience is highly recommended, this class is not recommended for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. We try to credit classes back if you no show after signing up, but can't guarantee you will get a class credit. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges. Sound baths are not recommended during pregnancy, or for people with epilepsy, tinnitus, heart conditions, pacemakers, metal pins or plates. Always seek the guidance of your doctor or qualified health professional with any questions regarding your health or medical condition(s) before attending. By booking you accept full responsibility for your health and well being during all activities and waive all responsibilities from Lauren Urich Yoga.
