Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to strengthen your practice, this class is the perfect place to start. In this beginner-friendly session, we’ll focus on the basics of yoga — exploring foundational poses, breathing techniques, and alignment principles. All bookings are final. If you do not show up you will not receive a refund. 24 hours notice required to reschedule or you will be charged for the session. All sales final. No refunds, no exchanges.
